The Architect of the Capitol (AOC) are the artisans, historians, and craftspeople who preserve and maintain the landmark buildings, monuments, art and grounds of the Capitol campus. The Capitol campus is home to 30,000 daily occupants and hosts more than 3 million visitors annually. The goal of the video was to inform viewers on what the AOC is and how employees serve around the clock to maintain and preserve the buildings and grounds. We made sure to highlight some of the more popular statues within the Capitol and even show some behind the scenes of what it takes to install a new statue for unveiling.
