For this piece, we set the tone of what working as a nurse during a global pandemic is like. We set out to commiserate with nurses and their struggles during this difficult time in a genuine way with narratives coming straight from their own words. Story structure was critical for this as we were covering a sensitive subject for just about everyone at the time. We wanted a perfect blend between humble sincerity and celebration that there are heroes fighting this war for us.
